If you’re looking you’ll see him praying facing Jerusalem
He is full of wisdom and understanding in all dreams and visions
The world’s conditions are in His visions
He sees every Kingdom and Gabriel showed Him, precisely just when
The Messiah would come…Beltashazzar
When you close your eyes, he’ll tell you what’s inside
No need to question why, he’s looking through God’s eyes
A king who drank from the holy vessels
The writing’s on the wall
And only Daniel could see the message
“Tonight this king will fall”
In times of trouble, he’s always faithful, to his Lord and his God
Not being captive or thrown to lions can keep him from His love
Now therefore our God, hear the prayer of Your servant,
And His supplications, and for the Lords sake cause your face
To shine on your sanctuary which is desolate
