The rhythm is easy to catch if you listen to the CD.
Keep the same rhythm throughout, except a little different around
the chorus.
I do the rhythm something like this:

Keep the emphasis on the first downstroke, the beat is slow and
steady on that. I think this song is in 3/4 too so it's got that
waltz-y beat.
